I'm baking cookies for the first time in a really long time. I'll let you guys know how they turn out.

There is no recipe, it is a mix and you just add an egg and butter or coconut oil. It is not protein based and not for the losing phase.

Have you ever tried that carb quick baking mix? I have wondered about.
I haven't tried it. I mean to get it to see if I could fake some buttermilk biscuits with it. Maybe in the fall.
