      Experimenting can be fun as long as you are not depending on a perfect outcome, trial and lots of error....lol

      Yeah that is why I like to try new things when there isn't a rush. Like now I know I can make these cookies to take some place if I need to take something somewhere and still have something I can eat. I make a low carb sausage gravy so if I could fake some buttermilk biscuits I would be living like Boss Hog on the weekends
