I have read many of your posts, and am jusssst starting this journey. I really, really hope you continue to impart your knowledge and experience by sharing. You will always have some that don't like or take it the wrong way, but the majority will be deeply appreciative. I for one have enjoyed and appreciated your sharing. Stay keepin it real, that's real talk and like it or not what will come to pass for many who need the truth and invaluable advice!

I've only been here a few weeks and I can see just about everything has been asked and answered twice over anyway. It's the nature of long established forums. I myself have gained tons of knowledge from you. I greatly appreciate it. ^.^

Please don't stop answering questions-I follow you on bariatric pal and I find your answers to be spot on. I appreciate your directness. I don't post much bc I can usually find the answer in other peoples posts, but your answers are valuable to me. More than anyone else I've found here, I've learned so much from you. Thank you for all of your advice and knowledge!
