What were your calorie intake 4 month post op?? I'm hovering around 900 but at times I still feel hungry??? Should I eat more or should I ignore it??

Thanks a lot! I haven't loss weight in almost 2 months?? It hasn't even been fluctuating...just stuck smh doin around 900 cal a day with 8 glasses of fluid..90 grams of protein??? I'm at a loss... I even started at the gym and walk the track in a sauna suit lol -
Is there anyone out there around the weight of 300-350 with a good gym workout plan? And if so how long per day and how many days a week are you there??

Worst post op moments and still going thru it...are these lovenox injections...like the needles in the hospital weren't enough smh....but all in all...I would do it again -

Question. ...the day of your surgery did they check your liver to see if it was shrunk enough before opening you up? And if they did..how was the test preformed? ??

I'm currently on day 6 of my pre op liquid diet and....well ...I had 2 string cheeses...smdh I feel like I failed already

Question....I'm on the pre op liquid diet and every couple days I would go to the Chinese Store and get wonton soup...but just the broth....now do u think its possible to have the egg drop soup?????
