i excercised alot before i had surgery and i went 5 weeks without loosing a pound. I got discouraged and i stopped working out while i still dieted and would you believe it i dropped 3 pounds just like that. I am going to be cycling my workouts once i start again. I strenght train and hit the speedbag and heavy bag for cardio. I also jump rope but not sure if I am going to be able to do that again. dont want to slip my band lol. Do you lift weights? might want to incorporate that into your work outs just keep in mind that when you work out you are gaining muscle and might not loose any weight. So you hae to have periods when you cut and periods when you gain muscle mass.
