sorry for your struggles, now that things are calming down for you, get back to exercise, start cooking for yourself, and make sure you dont need to get a fill, you can get back on track,i hope everything works out for you
I quit smoking 7 months before i got banded and havent touched them again! Amen! try to not light up again its the best thing you can do for yourself, i quit with a prescription from my doctor they gave me chantix and it really worked i smoked for over 20 years a pack day, i wish you the best!!!!
I see we are both from Los Angeles so i thought i would sayyyyy hellllooo!!!! i was banded June 26th of this year, just wondering where did you have your surgery?
I am 3 weeks out. yes everyday gets a little better i would say for me it took about 6 or 7 days i went back to work 6 days later, it all gets better, the gas is the worst i still have a little bit of left over gas lol
some insurance companies are pretty fast i started my process mid April and was banded June 26th Im 3 weeks out! i have Blue cross 100% coverage
I was only allowed to eat breakfast the day before surgery the rest of the day was clear liquid , you better check with your surgeon first ,as far as hunger well thats somethin you might wanna start gettin used to, i have been on clear liquids and protein shakes since my surgery on June 26th, the hunger part does get better..good luck & congrats!
everyday get a little better, before you know it you will feel great, i also was very weak , and just a little walkin around made me sweaty & dizzy, just slow down take your time, rest, and remember your protein! congrats!! it really does get better
I was banded on the June 26th and have lost 8 LBS,not thrilled thought it would be more BUT at least we are loosing and no longer gaining!!! as my dear friend told me last night "you didnt gain it over night & wont get rid of it over night either" but at least we are on our way, everyone looses weight differently
I was banded June 26th and am still just farting away LOL all day and all night! i think its the gas they put in us for surgery, also i use non fat milk in my protein shakes so i think that might have something to do with it also
i was banded 12 days ago and felt the same way,i even had panic attacks thinkin i had done something terrible and that i wanted it out! I will just say that i am 100% happy with it now, i think our brains go through some kinda panic thing
