    173 Little stuck this last week but did play tennis and worked out. Eating getting better. Still not enough food tho.

    oookkk....time to change up the workout routine a bit. i think i need to push to the next level so i'm gonna start playing tennis again. it's been almost a year and i left playing at a high level which means all the people i'm going back to play with are still at that level lol. so this is gonna be tough to get back into but screw it. imma do it.

    @@Kidbxrs I'm four almost five months out and i will tell you - you won't WANT carbs the way you do now. Certain things you won't be able to eat and certain things you can eat but they will make you feel like crap (for me that's any bread and sugar). Also your appetite changes a lot. I won't go into the Protein first thing cuz i think it's already covered pretty well above but just know you won't have the same feelings about food you do now.

    @Rose1up! Yeah it's like no matter how thin or fit or pretty or smart you think you are there is always someone out there thinner or fitter or prettier or smarter LOL. i feel really good right now it's just seeing that video made me cringe but hey i can take full body pix now and that's a first so i just gotta take it in baby steps. im upping up my workouts this week to really start hitting squats, deadlifts, burpees etc AND cardio so we'll see how that goes. Glad you're feeling better. xo

    i went into a store and needed a sweatshirt. they only had one left in the window. i pulled it and it was a small and i was like oh no! then i went in and tried it on and guess what? :) :) fits! woot woot.

    ive done toppings but gotten sick off bread like 10x so i don't even try to eat the crust. you might be surprised how it makes you feel. also 8.5 weeks out might not be far out enough to even try it. im just now barely able to eat normal-ish and i'm over 4 months out.

    worked out super hard yesterday. didn't eat well. but also didn't eat a lot of bad things. anyways body is still losing so maybe i just broke the plateau by shocking it. i'm happy it's moving and will just keep doing the right stuff. 160 here i come!
  13. i did but im sure it was hydration for me. also loss of nutrients and such can do it. take Vitamins and Calcium and Fiber etc. might want to do blood tests to see if you're missing anything. i actually had very low Vitamin D for a while. it can be a number of things.

    ate like crap all weekend. didn't work out. still lost weight lol. but i will get back on track this week and hopefully all will go as "planned". one thing i will say is i FEEL fatter even though i'm losing weight. working out is what gives me my shape and that tight feeling so i guess i have to sacrifice weight for muscle/shape. im willing to do that. i actually look like the smallest person in the photos of my conference in florida. that's an experience i've never had before. i want to get down 20 more lbs and really see what it's like to feel great about myself. i feel good now but i want to feel great so still some work to do! onwards and upwards!

    Yeah I'll admit I expect if I do the right thing the right things will happen and if I do the wrong things the wrong things will happen. I don't expect it to be some guaranteed formula and I expect to have ups and downs and stalls but I don't expect to do everything wrong and lose weight that makes no sense to me. There has to be some sort of system that works and if doing all the right stuff isn't that system then what can I base it on???

    Weird things you notice. So down 52lbs. Bout 20 more to go I think. And some things I've noticed... I can cross my legs like a normal person I can wear heels all day I finally weigh less than my dad and my boyfriend In this photo my ass/hips don't take up the whole chair. I didn't have to suck in. I look like an almost normal sized person. Almost not fat at all! #thestruggleisreal I'm excited to keep losing. See what it's like to feel small. Regular. Normal.

    @@Inner Surfer Girl i did see Belle. it was excellent. I think i've seen everything i could in that time period. Every version of Pride & Prejudice even the black and white one, like five versions of Sense & Sensibility. A million versions of Great Expectations.....etc etc lol

    You know I hate to say it but upstairs downstairs is not the right time. For me I really like 1800s Drama. once they start getting into the 20s I lose interest a bit. I even bought the mini series with Jeremy Irons I'm trying to think of the name right now and I didn't like it immediately and now I own the stupid DVD set LOL. Id like to see another 1800s piece come around and I prefer it to be based in Europe rather than the US

      Dehydration can make you feel incredibly tired. Like when you walk up the stairs like your legs are not going to make it. Make sure you are getting the protein and water. I have not been able to tolerate water so I've been drinking watered down Crystal Light. But I've been VERY bad today - not even 20 ounces and it's bedtime! I am going to have to glug some water down so I don't get dehydrated myself! That will stop the weight loss, too.

      I didn't know you were going through all this. I am so sorry. You have got to eat woman other wise you will be super weak. Just make yourself eat, and eat the protein. Keep protein and fluids with you wherever you go. I just had my one month today. Keep us posted and hope you get to feeling better and STOP STARVING YOURSELF yo'! :)

      im not trying to starve i just can't eat anything. literally every time i eat i prepare myself to get sick for 30-40 minutes. some things automatically make me sick and i've just stopped eating them. it's a struggle. but i usually get 1 to 2 protein shakes a day at lest.
