I am about the same with calories and exercise and stall out about every 6lbs. I try to keep trucking on. I know I need to reduce carbs and definitely think that could help

That's exactly what I do to end a stall...eat some more but mostly protein in small amounts of the course of the day.

I am a teacher had my surgery 4/23 and was back at work on 4/27. I knew my limits and had great support from the other music teacher. I think you can handle it. -

I am 3 months post op and am cold ALL the time. I wear sweatpants and sweatshirts and sleep with an electric blanket, even though it is 80+ degrees. I had my thyroid # checked as I have hypothyroidism and they came back in the normal range. Does/has anyone experienced this and have some insight on it?

Interesting. My husband was really worried that I was so cold. I am super comfy in my sweatpants and sweatshirts...so I never really thought about it. Wonder why it is a side effect.

I am on my second stall I am 11 weeks post-op surgery at 271.3 current wt: 231.5. what do you do to break the stall? I have exercising like a freak, eating around 650-750 calories. Do I just have to wait it out? Suggestions/advice.

I was sleeved April 23rd and have pretty much had a steady decline with the exception of one stall. I have started running and lifting weights, I am still only eating around 750 calories a day and all of a sudden a gain 1.5lbs. Maybe TMi, haven't gone #2 in a week, getting all my water. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks. I just started upping my protein. I really could only start tolerating lean meats and eggs and would get violently ill on my protein shakes.

I have experienced it. When I tried frozen yogurt and coffee. I choose to stay away from both.

Ask your surgeon. I could walk at 2 weeks but couldn't start vigorous exercise until about 6 weeks
