Thanks everyone for their responses all of you have really helped; I am just really frustrated and upset. I've started working out and am sticking strictly to high Protein meals and even doing the shakes (ugh). I know all of these people who lost a lot of weight during their first 6 weeks and I feel like I am stuck; thanks again for your help.
I am taking my antacid once a day which I think I might switch to twice a day and making sure I eat at least every 2-3 hours. I do take paxil for depression so I am checking to see if this is stunting the weight loss or not.
