I received my surgery date today! My emotions are all over the place tho.. Lol I'm going to have the gastric sleeve. What are the things you guys suggest to have on hand food and protein wise for the first couple weeks?

I've went there consistently for about a month and a half. I went throughout the last few years a few time with my friend. It's where she goes to church and that's how I got there. It's a lot of 40+ members or teenagers. Not many members in their 20's so I'm not really involved in anything. I just go to services. I'd like to find somewhere that has more members my age but it's hard for me to get out of my comfort zone. -

I'm lucky to live only 10 mins from the church I'm currently going to. I'm just not sure if I'm not participating enough or I need to start going to other churches. I'm just not feeling God like I would like to. It could be a good chance that I'm so shy and I'm thinking about it to much. -

How long was did it end up taking you? Could you tell me a ball park figure of what it cost self pay there? I go for my seminar tomorrow with Dr. Weiss. I'm excited and nervous. What happens after the seminar? Sorry for all the questions. Just nice to find someone who went to the same place and doesn't have insurance that covers it.
