Hi all. Sleeved July 22 2014. Time of surgery I was 216. My goal was to make it to 155-160. I'm 5'6. Well 160 came and went. And 155. And 150...I am currently sitting at 130. Which is way way too thin. How do I put weight back on? It seems no matter what i eat....i do not gain. I'm currently on holiday and I have been eating like an absolute animal. Pizza. Pasta. Crepes. Ice cream. And I've lost two pounds. I've been to a nutritionist and she gave me some hints (whipping cream in my smoothies lol) but I'm looking for other tricks or tips from my fellow sleevers. I need to put back on 20 or so pounds before I can book plastics.

I was very tired at the beginning. But it evened out. Post op your tastes totally change ad well as your attitude toward food. Broth and cream soup weren't appealing to me but post op I was loving them. Congrats on your upcoming new life.

I'm allergic to whey and since it seems to be in everything I don't handle shakes so well. I do make a shake with blended cottage cheese and yogurt tho and it's quite good. I can eat great or like a trashcan and it doesn't seem to matter. I fluctuate up and down two or three pounds. I need to gain back quite a bit of fat as I'm having the fat sucked out and put into my bum. I don't want bum implants so I gotta get some fat on the go. -
I can eat a lot lol. Two reg pieces of pizza...no big deal. Probably not the best but meh whatever lol . Pm me so I don't forget but once I'm back off vacation I'll let you know....my friend looks friggen amazing so he is good. ...I can't remember the name tho....plastica something? No clue. Hahah

It's very hard. Last night for dinner I ate a piece of pizza, spaghetti with butter and cheese and chocolate ice cream. And a can of pop....I was like aw yes, here comes some lbs. This morning I got up...the same. I'm on vacation tho lol so I do not eat this way all the time. Coming back to Mexico for plastics. I can't recall the place. My friend just came from there with a full mommy makeover and looks amazing.

You have to have a certain amount of body fat for the procedure I want (Brazilian butt lift) I don't want bum implants lol. I need to gain back a bit of chub so that they can suck it out and make me a new arse ???? gaining weight after the sleeve has proved a pretty big challenge for me....pre op I thought about food and I'd get bigger. Now I just eat and eat and eat....and nothing.

Claiming Medical Expenses on Income Tax

I did claim it and it boosted the return by quite a bit. Alberta health also reimburses us around 2,000 dollars for it. -
I'm from just outside ft sask....was sleeved July 22, 2014. Down 120 pounds since my heaviest, 100 pounds since surgery. I was sleeved in Tijuana. I've got a little bit of loose skin but it's not terrible. I'm actually in the process of gaining weight now so I can go for plastics.
