When I had the drain taken out the nurse was so quick it was amazing. I felt ok right from the start so I am sure you will be fine. I have lost 75 lbs sine 16 th July 2015. I was very very nervous of having the operation but all went well. Wishing you all the best and a safe journey home -

Wow what a great Christmas Present to yourself. Very well done and you have earned your pass into onederland. Have a fabulous Christmas, and I know that neither one of us will overindulge. Thank heavens for the sleeve! -

Woop is right ! Well done to us all ! Have a great Christmas and enjoy it back to the routine afterwards. Our sleeves will not allow us to mad as I certainly have done in the past ! -
I find it difficult still to eat my food slowly. Years of gobbling it down and looking for more takes time to stop doing! I still find getting enough protein is a problem too but I have at last found a protein bar that I can manage to eat. I also track my food with my fitness pal and I wear a fit bit too and both of these things keep me aware of what I am doing and eating. Even my other half has lost a bit of weight - he is slim so does not need to really, but we have little junk food in the house and what there is I am not bothered about eg crisps ice cream biscuits and chocolate. I have been very happy with my weight loss and just love to see the scales showing a smaller weight and also the clothes size going down. Good luck to us all anyone in Wales ?

I'm 20 weeks out and like you I am so glad that I finally decided to have the sleeve. Life is good and I don't miss that feeling of being sooooo full and then just wanting to flop in a chair and go to sleep. Clothes shopping is fun now whereas before it was does it fit I'll have it. Bra size has been a big change from 42 did to 36 g UK sizes and life is good. Well done on your weight loss. -

That is fantastic news . It seems a long time ago since the start of our journies. I remember reasing about u going to Cyprus and how you were doing . I'm 20 weeks today and I feel fantastic . Clothes shopping is fun and shopping for underwear has been a revelation as I have gone from a 42 DD to 36 E! So pleased for you and well done to us both ! -
