Fat Related Routines You Won't Miss

What a great read this has been. I can identify with so much of what has been written. Its a good job we have this forum so that we know others have felt the same way! Mind you some of these posts have made me laugh out loud. My thing will be not having to buy wide fitting calf boots on line in the biggest size they have ( DUO) ! I want to go into the shop without the assistant looking at me and thinking to herself " You must be joking"

Hi thanks for the tip about the up beat protein drinks. You will love Paphos. We went there a couple of years ago and we really enjoyed our time there. Getting jittery but excited waiting for my day. I have been packing my little bag and buying bits and pieces for when I come out. Good luck to us all.

    Taking off my fat suit

Hello there, we are going to Cyprus 2nd September we will be going to the North Turkish side. I ll will be 6 weeks and 5 days then, self catering so no need to worry tooo much about the food! Where abouts are you going? Im worried about the protein shakes after the op, just cant decide what to have. What did you use? Last time I went on the plane the seat belt was so tight around me I thought my circulation would stop! I breathed in every time the hostess went by as I just would have been very embarrassed if I had had to use the extension on the seat belt, that's if monarch even have such a thing! You are doing great keep on with the good work .

Anyone from Bristol or Essex in UK?

Mr Hassn is my surgeon. I'm just bothered about the protein shakes and what we eat after the op for the first two weeks, etc. I have read so much and printed off so much info, and of course the USA sleevers have a completely different set up to us in UK
