I'm having my surgery Oct 5th my per op class is Sept 23rd. I'm getting super excited only thing that worries me is missing classes I just enrolled into two classes and they start the 14th I'll be missing 3 classes plus a whole week of surgery. Hoping my teachers will be okay and let me work it out so I don't fall behind or get knocked for missing class.

If anyone is having surgery in September let me know would love to have someone who I can chat with along the way that is having the surgery around the same time as I am. SEPTEMBER 2015

Has anyone tried juice plus is it good or a waste of money the capsules or the chewables

I'm having trouble with my water also, what I have been doing is adding unjury unflavored protein powder to a 20oz powerade zero. Then I drink bottled water to get the rest of my fluids in for the day.I didn't think about adding the unflavored to my propel that is a great idea! Do u like the unjury unflavored? I got a sample of Matrix and Jay Robb to try.I haven't tried any of the other's the unjury unflavored has 20 grams protein per scoop & seems to be ok. If you can find something that gives you more like what Jenaenae84 suggested you might try it.It's called GenePro I got it online at Amazon really great and 30 grams of protein per serving which is one tablespoon

Genepro unflavored protein is also great 30 grams of protein in 1 tablespoon. Can add to anything water flavored water hot food cold food anything I bought mine on amazon. Love it.

Been doing really good down to 173lbs getting my gym set up and been adding more workouts to my routine.

I went back on Monday which was 13 days after surgery. I teach first grade, so I'm moving a lot. I did fine. I was really tired Monday-Wednesday nights. But the last two have been better. I pack a ton of stuff in my lunch bag just in case: Greek yogurt, sf pudding, peanut butter/crackers, string cheese, protein shake. It has worked so far! Good luck! You can have crackers and chesse I was told baby type food until I'm 4 weeks out just are you able to handle the chesse and crackers? My surgery was Oct 5th and I'm hoping I'm able to tolerate that type of food soon.

My name is Jenae and I have been over weight my whole life. I am 5'0 and my highest weight was about 230lbs. I decided enough was enough and in March I saw the surgeon for the first time weighing 210lbs I had already started losing weight on my own. I am now between 195-197 my goal is to be down to the 180's by surgery day which should be sometime I. SEPTEMBER. I see the surgeon again Aug 17th and at that time he will give me a surgery day. I am very excited and alittle nervous. I am getting the RNY because I feel I will do better. The surgeon said I can get the sleeve but I made my mind up and I know what I want no changing my mind when it is made up. I am 30 years of age will turn 31 the end of September so this will be like a birthday present to my self a whole new me the birth of a new me could the have been a better month so happy.

20 lbs down one weekout!!!

Been losing weight daily everyday gets easier with getting my fluids in and my protein was able to get all my protein in today. Almost all my water I'm pretty close to my 65 Oz

Any one that wears contacts notice the vision get blurry after surgery I normally wear contacts but had to put my glasses back on because with my contacts things I read are blurry alittle blurry with glasses but able to see alot clearer and before surgery my vision was fine.

No didn't get a good night's sleep keep getting up because I was hurting couldn't get comfortable. Hoping to night will be better and I'll be able to get a good night's sleep with out waking up.

I'm still very sore but not hungry at all trying to get all my liquids in is hard I have to make my self because I'm just not feeling hunger which I'm happy about but I know I need to get your protein in

I'm still so sore I'm having my fiance go get me a heat pad has that helped anyone else I couldn't sleep hardly at all last night and iv been taking my pain meds but it don't seem like they are working at all. What has anyone else does for the pain besides walking

I want to walk but my fiance keeps telling me I need to sleep because I didn't get much in the hospital. I have been walking just not since iv been home

I'm back home long 5 hour ride home and have so much gas pain and my side hurts so badly too some pain meds but they have to kicked in yet

Congrats I just has mine changed from the RNY to the sleeve. Felling alot better then I did yesterday that's for sure
