    Hello I'm new!

Welcome my sleeve was June 2nd I know I was so nervous and excited at the same time. The biggest hurdle I have right now is going from not eating constantly to now eating about 2-3 he's since I can't eat/drink more than 2-3 oz at a time. Wondering how long it will be before I can start drinking the water again.

    Need Advice Please Read !

I am one week post op and as a lot of others the only regret I have is that I waited until I was sixty. Wish this would have been available when I was younger. Then I could've enjoyed my children more when they were young. I have a history of reoccurring blood clots and I am on warfarin therapy. They gave me a shot of heparin the day I was released and now I'm back on my regular daily dose of warfarin. I feel wonderful....

    New life starts tomorrow

Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life....grasp it and enjoy it.
  11. I had my sleeve surgery on June 2nd and am on my way to becoming the person I've always dreamed of being finally after sixty years of being over weight. I'm not experiencing anything negative so far. Just a little discomfort while drinking water. It is so hard to learn not to gulp water. I am looking forward to being able to get out and enjoy my grandchildren ages 1 and 4 of which I'm not able to keep up with right now. Since signing up for sleeve surgery I've lost 47 lbs .
