Everything my doctor said i should eat i don't really eat so i need your help. My problem is right now im trying new Protein shakes so i can drink because the one that i'm drinking now i hate, because my taste buds is a mess right now. What can i eat at 5 weeks post op that has no starsh and will be healthy for me? And also i'm having trouble drinking my liquid, i used to love drinking my Water but now it's not going right for me... Please any suggestions from you guys and thanks in advance.

I'm having a lot of issues going on my name is Beatrice and I'm at 4 weeks post op and I've been stalling for almost two weeks now, it's freaking me out because I'm not losing no weight. What am I doing wrong?

@@Djmohr hi I had my surgery on April 23 thus far from before surgery and post I lost 45 pounds. For Two Weeks I'm Stalling, my fluids I'm getting better at it and I stop taking my protein and vitamins which I started again this week. I walk my job I walk and constantly on my feet. I gained about 3 ounces my routine now is I wake up and take my protein, for lunch I will have mash potato and a little gravy. In between I try fruit which the only one I can deal with is cantaloupe or strawberry, and later have a yogurt. This is really my day. This is new to me and someone just refer me to this site and said it will be helpful. And thank you for the the time to reply.
