During your stall you maybe losing inches..... That is what I am noticing about myself so its still an success.

My date has been set for July 10th. This will be a birthday present to myself. A new start to my new life. My follow up is also scheduled the day before my birthday. I am very excited because this is something I want it for the past 3 years. Any advice and suggestions for this process is always welcome!

Well I'm with Humana and I did not require a wait time. But I truly believe it depends on everybody circumstances and their BMI as well as insurance. But I did have to get all my approvals.

How long before you had your first bowel movement after surgery?

@@nikkiblueyes I am doing very well. No major pain just some discomfort. My blood pressure was running high but now is back to normal. I am being released this evening

Had my surgery yesterday afternoon. Up walking now. So far so good.

Well... I will be getting sleeved in the morning!!!! I am truly happy!

I start my two day liquid diet tomorrow and surgery Friday!!!!!! I am soooooo ready! I already started my lifestyle change and I am very happy with it. I won't lie, there's always temptation. Then I think about why I'm doing this and overcome temptation. Good luck everyone! We are all doing this with goals in mind. Stay focus as you reach your goals. I am truly happy for everyone! Any pain nausea whatever issue we have, we will overcome. Stay positive!

I start my liquid diet on the 8th and end onthe 9th at midnight then I have my surgery on the 10th I am more excited then ever!

I have done turkey burgers and replace the bun with lettuce

I am doing well on my high protein pre op diet that includes Premier protein 30g my Go Bananas Muscle Milk 40g. I also include my leafy vegetables with baked chicken, fish & eggs. I will be doing my liquid on the 8th & 9th then my big day is Friday the 10th!!! I am excited for my tool to help me to my goal of a healthy lifestyle!

Lol... I find it easier to drinking with a straw at this point but I know we can't use a straw after the surgery. Try that and we'll go from there

You can do it focus on your protein and leafy vegetables

Yes I have... my official day started Thursday but I've been prepping for it for over a month. So far so good.
