Why no caffeine and no carbonation

I think that they say no caffeine is because they want to make sure you get ur water that ur body needs, and that u dont pee it right out like u do when you drink caffeine. I did try a flat diet pepis< really bad, : ( I do drink black coffee now with no problem....J -

I have in the past spanked my kid, who is now 11 years old. Great kid, never in trouble, good grades, and very respectfull to all. Now I hit him where it really hurts (if need be) I take away the PS3 and computer,lol, try it, it works better. Jaybird

Sheila, I also was banded on 12-11-07, Im in the same boat as you. since I went to soft foods Ive been stuck. Thanks to all these great people I feel better also. Thanks Male 6'02" high 335 / surg 322/ cur 299 /goal 220

The low-sodium is so nasty,, so bad,, dont wast ur time or money on it...

I had a drink two weeks after surgery, non carbonation cool aid with vodka.. no problem with me....
