I was plateaued for like 3 months and then read this book "The Badass Body Diet" have followed her meal plan as much as I could eat and lost 7 pounds that first week. 20 pounds from goal now! Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

I was banded 5/22/15 and I still get that left shoulder pain every so often and wonder is this ever going to completely quit? Does anyone else still get pains?

Had my 3rd fill on Dec 1st. And I must say that since that fill which was 0.5cc (1cc first two times) I have hardly been hungry at all and when I do eat, my band finally tells me to slow down AND I cannot eat nearly as much. This has to be my green zone because I can't imagine going in for another fill......AND 61.5lbs gone!

I think it sounds awesome! My scrubs are falling off me now but I don't want to spend money on new ones that I'll have to give away in a couple months.

I love the Syntrax nectar lemon tea and I add a lemon tea crystal light to it in my 32 oz hydro flask with lots of ice. It's wonderful! I have some of the Isopure vanilla that I also add a crystal light to but I won't be buying that one again ???? I just don't think it's as good. And the unjury brand....I read some posts on here that people said its was awesome...so glad I only got the sample pack! I couldn't stand it! ???? So for me I'll just stick with the Syntrax Nectar!

OMG, I'm so glad I read this post! I was thinking I was having bad allergies, or something. Couldn't figure out why sometimes I had that clear slime in the back of my throat. I guess I need to pay closer attention to when it happens and what I ate around that time. Because come to think of it...it's only been happening since I got off mushies 3wks ago.

My surgery old me that I could do all the cardio I wanted at 2wks but just no core work. Then, at 6wks he cleared me for whatever I wanted to do.
