    Lark60 is that all you put in the pancakes? I'm only to the pureed stage post op but for some reason I have been wanting pancakes....can't eat for a while yet and I'm scared to try some things but those sure sound good!

    I just started purée food today. I really slowed down and tried to pay attention to feel this soft stop, but I don't think I noticed anything. What should I feel like? I think I'm full but I guess so used to eating more that I'm like..."uhhhh, what do I do now?"

    I was told 80-95g/day and I thought that was kinda high. I believe that it should be like 0.8g/kg....but I really am not sure. I'm no nutritionist lol

    JUST SOME THINGS I WAS WONDERING ABOUT TODAY: I'm a new bander, only a week post op. So how will I know if I have eaten something that doesn't agree with me? Does it hurt? Does it come right back up? Does it just get stuck? And... If it does get stuck how do you get unstuck? Does that mean a trip to the ER?

    I was banded 6 days ago, and every time I drink I feel like a tightness in my belly if I drink too fast. And, then I just feel like I'm full of gas. It passes but learning to slow down is harder than I expected. First follow up appointment not til the 9th and I too am very excited and anxious!
