I was in the same boat, early 30's but female with BMI 35 but my sleep apnea and family history made me a candidate. I had my sleeve on 8/5 so 3 weeks post op this Friday and 13 kgs (28 pounds) down so far. I lost 7kgs on pre op and the rest post, it's all going quite fast at the moment but I'm keen to start working out!
