I am having a very difficult time, I have yet to get below that 200 mark....I have issues of when I am stressed I throw everything up, when I travel to the rockies I cant eat for days becuz I am all swelled up. I haven't had a fill in over a year, cookies and other crap go down just fine, but I can't keep down ribs, pork chops, pork roast, hamburger, etc..
I am trying to find a support bandster buddy that we can keep each other on track daily. Like challenge each other daily to drink 8 glasses of water, how many laps in the pool did we do that day, how many miles on elliptical, how much free weights did you do that day etc.
Anyone interested???????????????
