Two weeks post op I was wandering if anyone did waist training after given ok to exercise from doctor,would the waist trainer help shrink stomach faster since its in the healing process or should I wait longer for stomach to completly heal at 6-8 weeks out

My sister u are are beautiful, God is so good, look to him spiritually and stay prayed up. I too was with a serial cheater and was over weight, but God brought me a good man that loves all my curves and loves me for me. yea,same here almost 18 mo out and I can now eat a whole subway or safeway 6' sandwich, use to be half of a half,also 2 pieces of chicken instead of 1. but just depends,now if I drink before eatin my meal,its less intake of food, i hvnt gained pounds,but definitely sum inches around my waist Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App -

Not sure about your insurance,but with mine,if the appts are for follow up visits for the same thing,i only had to pay 1 co-payment for post op visits,which was the initial,also the pre-op appzs I only had to pay 1 office visit,you may want to check with your insurance or definitely check your claims being submitted.they will have listed whats your portion if any for the visits Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App -
