Today is 5 months post op started at 303 now 218 40 more to goSt -
Im on a 6 week stall lost 10lbs last month after my 3 month post opp follow up appt and hvnt lost any more weight since,but clothes are definitely fitting looser,so prob losing inches,hvnt measured in awhile,but it sucks not to see the scale moving and I workout faithfully and barely can eat 6-8 oz of food at a time. 4.5 months post op 63lbs down, 240 is my thorn in my side right now...smh

Yea,you literally have to take pics and see how your clothes fjt, I can now wear all my old clothes and they are loose,need a belt on some jeans. Keep up the good work -

@@HealthyJudy thx,yea i wear 1x now was in 2/3x tops im 5"6 carry majority of my weight in stomach n i hv large bust,legs n waist are smaller

I lost 18 lbs first month,im at 6 weeks now,down 24lbs post op,so definitely slowing down. Began this journey at 303 lbs,post op 286 now 262, so I am thankful for any loss,especially the inches of fat loss,started size 24w now a 16w.

Ive lost 28 lbs my first month,but it seems im not moving the scale any more.but old clothes I couldnt fit is fitting me perfect,so was in a 22 pants,now wearing 16-18 comfortably

Before surgery and 1 month out today -
Its been a month today since my surgery and I gained 2 lbs,not very happy about that,also seems like I stop losing,I can not get out the 270's started at 303 lbs,iv been walking my butt off about 3-4 days a week,this is crazy,desperately need answers

Yea,its been a month for me and I started getting those pangs within a week,I tried ignoring and drink liquids,now I am eating small portions just about 2-3 bites every 2-3 hours and have gained 2lbs
