Hydroxycut....it makes you loose. But oh man, its expensive, made me feel like i was wired on coffee, and made my (TMI ALERT) poop black. Not to mention i gained all my weight plus 10lbs when i stopped taking them.

My family also...i was just thinking today that my cooking is good. How am i going to resist eating the bad stuff? But im ready to change. 29 years of the same thing. Im just super confused about how to get in the right amount of protein and veggies with such a small stomach.

I just started my process. Had my first consultation with surgeon on may 22nd. He put my on my 6 month diet and process to complete the various tests. But I was shocked and super happy that my pcp wants to send the request to my insurance by September!! I have my appointment with the nutritionist on Tuesday. I have alot of questions for I'm a little confused about protein.

My husband recently purchased isopure protein mix for himself. Does anyone have experience with that brand?

What size were you before wls? If you dont mind me asking...i know its tmi.

Mine are going down but not that fast - I've bought a couple of bras twice, and been sticking with the comparatively cheap Just My Size or Playtex for now. I've also been buying a touch small so they feel snug on the most loose setting to make them last longer. I treat those babies like gold, lol. Bras that are too big let Thelma and Louise droop, which is pretty much a guaranteed migraine. Thank you for the tip. Im gonna try that.

I agree 100% with you Miss Mac. I take my two kids all the time for pictures. Everytime I go I get a lil sad because I would love to be in the pictures with them. And the photographer always asks me if I want to...which sux to always be reminded that I avoid pictures.

I use a non hormonal iud. Its called paraguard. Ask your gyn about it.

Did anyone have a large bust before surgery and have them get smaller. I have a large bust and am worried about buying bras after surgery. My bras are 50+ bucks each...i cant imagine buying a new size every couple of weeks.
