Hello friends I am now three months post op and down 50 pounds since my surgery. My trouble is lately I have no desire to eat or drink anything it is a struggle daily to get in Protein and fluids. This only started happening in the last week. Any suggestions as to why or what I can do to break through this funk I am in? I know I need to eat and drink more but I just don't feel like it

I am working out at least four times a week and it doesn't increase my appetite at all... Just drink a little more but that's it

I'm so frustrated.... In the middle of the dreaded three week stall. Cash paying for the sleeve, two bites of an egg and I'm stuffed (which is fine by me) supplementing with my protein drinks. Walking at least a mile a day and I gain four pounds. I feel like I have failed at weight loss surgery and I am destined to be a fat girl

Sorry I'm fairly new here and I told another member I would let them know how the cherry Syntrax nectar was. I lost that thread so I figured I'd start a new one. Anyways the cherry was ok didn't really have a flavor. It wasn't bad and went down easy but didn't have a real cherry flavor
