    Crystal please stay strong it is tough but not impossible, the eating habits that got you there are not easy to change but you can do it just follow your dr.s plan I have lost 253 lbs so far and I still struggle at times but it is so WORTH it!! look me up on facebook (Jennifer Hartnell) or send me a message through here I will help you but I live in Idaho.... good luck It sounds like you are on the right path!!

    Maybe try going back to the liquid part of your diet ( the one you followed right after the surgery ....) for a week or if you cant do a week try 3 or 4 days? that is what I am going to do ...
