I had the hiccups for almost 2 hours once when I was about 10 days post-op. I was so afraid something was severely wrong! With some slow controlled breathing and walking around to distract myself they finally did go away. Never was a problem again after that. Good luck!
Thanks Twinhappy. I am 5 weeks post op today and I have been having random hiccups since Saturday. I know that when I eat and am at the full point, I usually hiccup but now its happening when I don't eat also. I'm just going to scale back to clear liquids for the next few days.
