@RetroGirl Hahaha that was funny! I agree that letting others know you had WLS is a personal decision but sometimes you just gotta do it if you can't take the constant offerings. A coworker who didn't know I had it kept commenting on how little I eat and I finally just said that I had WLS so I can't eat like I look anymore. lol -
Sadly I don't know anyone who could use them . If I did I'd just give them away. I just realized I have a bag somewhere with more clothes that don't fit. Lol

My surgeon gave me a card, I don't really use it though unless I see something good on the menu for kids. -

Thank you all for your suggestions, I think I'm gonna take them to goodwill. I know when I would go there I wish I could have found clothes in my size so maybe there is someone out there who is thinking the same.

I just went today and got a couple boxes of Quest bars. Also they sent me a $10 off coupon for my birthday if I spend more than $10. I have saved a lot since having my card. -

I am still trying to adjust, it seems like my emotions are all over the place and I'm 7 months out! I could understand if it was a Hallmark commercial all the time but geez. -
@@mshenry11, are you drinking Protein drinks? It's still hard for me to get in enough actual meats for Protein. I don't really care for the protein drinks but at about 30g of protein they do help. I know you can start having hair loss, not sure of what else happens.

Just thought I would share that today when I was cleaning out my wallet I looked at my DL and noticed that I am officially 25lbs below the listed weight! Obviously like many others I always lied about my weight on my DL. LOL but now I can really say that I don't weigh that!

@@jenn1 sadly I have already had to show my DL to a Highway Patrolman and the last thought was my DL weight. lol But yes it feels good to see that I'm below that number now! @@Micdruss I think at the time I put the listed weight I was about 50 over myself.

This is ongoing for me as well, I have to always remind myself to eat slower and chew everything. Not like before when you could just eat eat eat. Clothes shopping for me is difficult still, I by a size smaller than I used to wear and I feel okay with it. Yet people tell me they are too big on me and I now have several clothes that I bought too big. All because I can't see it myself. -

@@borg/assimilated love the username! That's a great NSV, I was sitting in the chair the other day and pulled my leg up to my lap like I used to do years ago. I didn't even notice for minutes until it hit me. I hadn't been able to do that for the longest time. -
I had the BBQ and I think the sour cream and onion ones and they were good. Just had them once though because I was never a chip person but good amount of Protein.

Okay I get it that there is a ranking on how many posts you make/reply to and the more you do the higher the ranking....but I don't like being called a Senior Member..I'm only going to be 39! lol
