    I have to drink 2 protein shakes and then eat a salad and 5oz of protein. How did you start out doing it? Did you just jump right in?

    Okay so it doesn't sound to bad. I guess drinking would help with hunger never really thought of it. I'm 23 and about to have the surgery done on June 10th. Was it hard to sit there and diet while your husband could eat what he wanted?
