Many things can be insulting..

I'd prefer someone to be genuine and insulting over insincere and conciliatory...

I rarely consider the feelings of others...

It's not my concern...

I rarely 'sugar coat'...

I don't see the sense...

If that makes me a lesser person (in the eyes of some) then I'm ok with that...

Because as long as I'm being true to myself, I've little to worry about..

@Valentina I agree totally. To belittle someone because of a choice they made is wrong. Their choice to when/what they eat or drink, what type of surgery, etc. I may SMH but they have to live with their decisions. Unfortunately a lot of people only want to confirmations that what they are doing is right from people on BP and when tell them its probably not a good idea and direct them to talk to your medical team they take it as an insult.
