Great idea @@crystalloveball I chewed ice when I was at that stage... I found it was a GREAT help with the head hunger and tricking the body into thinking it had eaten... I hope others find this and do the same...

As I seem to do often, I'm gonna agree with @@Inner Surfer Girl again... If you focus on your Protein and Water, the rest 'should' fall into place... There are gonna be hiccups along the way.. We all had/have them... Even me... And I'm AWESOME!!! So don't be too hard on yourself... You'll get your head around stuff soon... Let us know how you go...

I'm certainly no expert but if you went from 1200 cal to 1600-1800 cal and gained weight then maybe that WOULD explain the gain... I'm no doctor or anything but the addition of calories and the weight gain seem to be linked,... Perhaps a trip to the nutritionist might be in order... Good luck mate...

No coffee is worth an irritated staple line... Imagine that one coffee causing you to need longer on no coffee... Stand firm @@PissiChrissi YOUR doctor knows YOU best... If you can wait the entire six weeks, I'll even shout your first coffee.. I don't make THAT offer to anyone!!!!
