thank you I am just so excited about the outcome of my surgery to be able to do things with my family and maybe get off all kinds of meds

I don't blame you...I went ahead and changed to the types of things I would be eating post-op while I was waiting and lost enough to come off all but 10 mg of my blood sugar meds. I stopped that pill day of surgery and my BS has been stable for the first time in 14 years without medication. Its an amazing feeling to be able to let that go. That was one of my goals also. I am still on a couple meds for blood pressure and cholesterol but I know those may go away also as I lose more. I have lost 55 pounds so far and have so much more energy already, you are going to feel amazing! Have you met all of your requirements yet or are you still working on them...what point in the process are you?
