Congratulations to all you June 8 losers! I started at 205 and am now at 160. I am definitely a slow loser but feel better than ever! I play tennis 4 days a week and go to spin class, zumba and have a personal trainer. Becoming a 62 year old monster!

@@Elode Good luck with that run! Yesterday was my first day on the liquid diet challenge and I played tennis for an hour and a half, went to work and then did an hour of spin class. Spin class almost killed me! All I could do to just get through it! I am loving this challenge!

I did not see this challenge until a couple of days ago but it looks fantastic! I do not have problems with snacking, getting enough protein or overeating but I do love my wine when I get home after work and working out at the gym. I know the wine has slowed my weight loss but my GP also wants me to slow the weight loss down! I am going to start this challenge tomorrow and stay off the scales until next Saturday! Thanks Elode!
