I've struggled with my weight my whole life. A couple if years ago I got out of a bad marriage (where I gained a ton of weight. I got up to 320 pounds). After I got divorced I decided I needed to get healthy and be happy with myself. At first the weight started coming off. I lost 90 pounds. Then it stopped. Nothing I did would make me lose. I went to the doctor to get medication to help with this and instead I was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and a leaky tricuspid valve. Still trying to lost, eating right and going to the gym the weight started creeping back up. That's when I started looking into wls. While going thru the process I was diagnosed with another heart condition. I have s young child and need to be for her for many years to come. So here I am. 4 weeks post op.
