I was also sleeved on April 30. I'm down 28lbs to date. As for protein try at least 2 protein shakes daily. I just returned to work on 5/25, and while I was home I walked at least 2-3 miles 4-5 times weekly. I joined the gym
and continue the same walk regimen until I'm cleared to do weights.
Stalling will incur however try to fit in some walking. Buy a water bottle (32 oz ) and sip, sip, throughout the day. If you can sip 32 oz at work start sipping and try to finish the remainder at home.
It is a constant challenge but it's a phase to create some adjustment. Try coconut ( plain) water. It consist of potassium that may give you a bit more energy.
