Hi, a quick introduction. I found BariatricPal through an online listing. I started my pre-surgery liquid diet on 4/23/15, with surgery (gastric sleeve) following on 4/30. Since 4/23, I've lost about 25 pounds, with most of that so far coming off pre-surgery. Things are going a bit more slowly post-surgery than I anticipated, BUT I am losing, so that's what is important. I'm really hoping to pick up some good tips and advice here on making my sleeve work for me! Thank you.
