I'm 12 days out. Having trouble getting my protein in so I have a really bad chest rash now. I still regret the surgery.

I am so excited for you you look great. You also look closest to me in the first picture. I just had my surgery ten days ago and I regret it so much and it's so hard but seeing your results gives me some peace with my decision

I had my surgery May 7th. I'm ten days post op. I regret it. I'm so hungry and miss food, I also wasn't even that fat to begin with, I did it all for the wrong reasons. Now I'm gonna get skinny which is great but I'm super starving and miss chipotle, fast food and pastas.

I am always thirsty and I try my very best to hydrate myself but it's very difficult to drink because I feel a very uncomfortable feeling when I do. Kind of like my insides are going to burst. The feeling passes but it still makes it difficult to drink. I am 10 days post op today! Lost 22 pounds and I feel good. But I'm scared I will make myself sick because I've barely touched any protein shakes because I can't tolerate them, but I can tolerate water and sugar free drinks a little more. So for ten days I've been living on Popsicles because that is more easy to intake for me.

I had my sleeve done on May 7th! So I'm 1p days post op today! Lost 22 pounds. I sometimes regret this decision I made. But it is done so I'm just going through what needs to be done. 10 days post op**

I am 10 day's post op and I did not do the pre op liquid diet. My surgeon required it but I did not follow through, and shockingly enough she said my liver was super tiny. When in fact I started eating more then ever before during those two weeks before the surgery. I guess everyone is different and I lucked out. But I wish I did because I would have lost way more by now. I have only lost 22 pounds. So don't give up you're ahead of the game!!!
