I just had my first appointment least week. I have a 3 month wait per insurance. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. One good thing is my doctor is a level 1 cross fit trainer as well with a gym so I get work outs too!! He wants to do an ecg to see if there are any hernias in the way sometime in the next 2 months. Has anyone done that procedure? If so how was it? -
