    Had my first Carbonated drink yesterday since I got banded. Got nauseous 2 hours later. Not worth it :( I loved carbonate drinks :(

      I will have to survive. Need to get it out of mind. I was testing this special Christmas drink that we have (non alcoholic) and well nope. For the first time in 37 years I will not have it for Christmas. But yeah I will learn to do without. I'll find something instead :)
