Mine wasn't too bad except nausea and dry heaves from anesthetic hurt like hell! I am able to get lots of fluids, but am feeling a little jealous watching my sister pig out on pastry and taffy while I sip diluted apple juice ???? -

My doc said 1 week post op, liquid or chewable form only. Every doc is different though. Follow the recommendations that YOUR doc gave you. -

My surgery is May 20th in Puerto Vallarta with Dr Joya. Nervous as hell but excited too!! I am trying to figure out what my ideal goal weight after surgery should be. I felt the most comfortable around 140lbs, but am not too sure how to figure that out. I am 5'7", and currently 238lb.
