TOO FUNNY!! I so get youuu!!! I spent months doing my research, I went to Tijuana to get my surgery done, did GREAT, now I'm 55 under...have NO REGRETS and will never have them...but I never had a dream of speaking spanish, I dreamed dating a Mexican but that is it...lol...GOOD LUCK!! -

It went a little bit easier for me, I also felt a little bit sick with the anesthesia, but it didn't last much, I know it has a lot to do with a good anesthesiologist, anyways, I highly recommend to find a good surgeon in Tijuana and have surgery there!!! I chose Dr. Lopez and had a great experience. -
