@@taweedeegirl I am still waiting for a final answer from insurance. My second level appeal was submitted in August. If I am still denied then the final step is a third level appeal. It's been a very long process. I hope it works out.

@@Shortlynx2 congratulations! I am still waiting for insurance. We are pending a first level appeal currently but there could be up to third level before a final determination. ???? The wait really sucks. -
Waiting for insurance approval is killing me!
Gina Humphrey replied to rnsamantha's topic in Insurance & Financing
I've been waiting since 05/06. I was told to expect 30 days for an answer. I know exactly how you feel its very difficult to wait without any certainty. I have United Healthcare. Good luck with your approval! -
@@taweedeegirl yes I completed the 6 month nutrition & gained weight. ???? BTW still waiting for a response

@@wannaBthinsoon thanks for the reply. Wow 2 days is really fast! I was initially told my plan doesn't have the rider and the decision will need yo be appealed. Supposedly that all started when I first began the process. It would be great to hear back so quickly. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Good luck!

Hello all. I live in Florida and have United Choice Plus. I started this journey in November and completed all requirements as of 05/06/15. I was advised to expect at least a thirty day wait for insurance to reply. The people at the physicians office imply its a definite approval. I am so anxious & worried insurance will deny. If anyone has experience with United Choice Plus I'd appreciate your insight!
