    At a stand still

I am 5'2. I believe I should lose more. I'd like to be in my 140's. I've made my workouts more intense. I am still only at about 2oz of food so I don't think my body can eat any less. I do about 700 calories a day. Tops. I have developed sever anemia so I have to be careful. I don't know if any of those thinks play a role in my stand still. It's frustrating Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using the BariatricPal App

Day 3 and still in pain...

I am having the same issues. I was also sleeved on July 1st. No hernia repair. But I feel severe pain and nausea. I've considered going back to the hospital. I'm going to try isagenix today and see if I can keep it down. Let me know what works for you

    Help needed in Arizona

I was released the next evening. I could and should of stayed 2 more nights. But I'm not the deciding doctor. I guess people handle pain deferent and they base the stay on the ones who handle it well

I am clarifying them how they are. No exaggeration. My muscles feel torn and sore. That is my best description. The pain is mostly when I get up from laying or sitting. Like a pulling pain. Defiantly a 8 or 9.

Thank you. I think I'm going to do that today. I'm out walking hoping it gets better. I'm just so sore!!!
  12. My close friend was also sleeved. She started drinking beer without the ok from her doc. She is now 25lbs above her weight lost. She continues to drink and continues to gain. I wouldn't do it. After everything you've gone thru to get this procedure and lose? It's just not worth it.
  13. I am two days post op and I'm having severe pain. I feel like I was kicked in the stomach by 10 men. When I eat I can feel every drop of whatever I consume burning in my stomach. I normally take pain very well. I read in here how everyone had zero to mild pain. How is that? Anyone else experience what I'm feeling and any suggestions to help? I am walking to remove to excess gas and I am only having water and jello like I was told. HELP!!!

    Tomorrow is my day!

I'm finally awake enough to hold my phone without falling asleep. Lol. Surgery went well. I wasn't prepared for this pain but it's getting better. Still haven't walked. I've been nauseous from the pain pump. But regardless of all this I am overly excited. This pain will be gone soon. After I heal I'll be pressing for my goal. Finally to be healthy and thin. Lots of work ahead of me. Thanks everyone. This is such a wonderful sight
