New whey liquid protein at walmart has been easy for me. 42 grams of protein in only 3.8 oz. I split one. Half in morning and second half at lunch. -

My surgeon said 70-100g protein and 64oz of water is a must. Especially first three weeks.

I haven't had surgery yet (5-14-15) but my surgen said I could take meds just like I take them now. Is he wrong?

Yes call them....took me about 3 weeks to here back.

Not really nervous about procedure but how life will be after surgery. My excitement over run my nerves. I have pre-admission testing today. Last step before surgery. Very excited!
