Had sleeve done 4/28/15. Had itching during first 2 weeks, has subsided. I thought it was due to the loss of fat. My skin is all wrinkled from my body losing fat . Thought maybe that had something to do with it.

Hello, I'm Cajunmeme. Had gastric sleeve done on April 28, 2015. Was extremely scared before the surgery. But now one month after I realized the fear was for nothing. Dr, Eschete did my surgery. Have been very happy with him and his staff. The staff at Lafayette General Hospital really knew what they were doing in regards to Sleeve surgery. The nurses were so encouraging the entire stay. Post op: Liquids stage not horrible, pureed stage not as bad as I thought, soft food stage Ok. I have a hard time finding foods that I can eat that are appealing to me. I am at a stand still presently. Went down to 222 lbs. then gained 5 lbs. Now between 224 and 226. This has been like this for over a week. Waiting for the scale to go down again. In the back of my mind I am thinking Darn This Diet isn't working any better than all the other ones I tried before. Are any of you experiencing problems with your spouse or love ones after the surgery?
