Hello, I too lost 1lbs a week but guess what it has been two years now and yes over 110lbs down! So in the big picture its only time you WILL get there if you find the right fill point! My doctor told me 3 years is the magic number so it took me 15 years to get that big 3 years is fair to take it off. Hang in there you too will get there. Davia

I too got the weight watchers scale! I Love it I was banded almost 2 years ago now Boy the time flys! I too started slow but guess what I am 101 Lbs. Down YA YA! I never thought I would see size 14 again and now I am headed for 10 I started walking hills after I lost 50 lbs and then it took off 45min. a day and it really fell off..I love wine and if I did not drink it so often I would be a goal...But hey I live the way I want too and it is still slowly coming off! I lost over 90lbs and can say I only drank about 2 protein drinks the whole time I hate them...I made a bunch of vegie soup and ate that. You can eat cottage chesse now and Yogurt...Frozen Yogurt is Great!!! Davia

Yes, I was too very nervous. I cried on the way into to room where you go to get ready for the surgery! I was so scared....I kept thinking what if I die or why did I let this happen to me...I am now so happy I did it. I have lost over 90lbs. My life is so much better I exercise I am just live life.......Life is to short to be unhappy! I am 39 and can't wait to live another 50 years....You too will have no regrets!! Good Luck!!! Davia

I have lost 80 lbs I still have 40 more to go But I really want to run.. Where do I start and how long should I go I don't no if I will make it a block! Where did you start?

You sound like you have your head in the right place as far as you diet go's. Remember it is just a tool. Its is not what made you lose weight YOU did that. We can all eat Ice Cream or heavy cream soups or chips and Margaretas but you chose not to do all that and you can still do good. Hang in there!
