I'm three weeks out and I haven't had a bowel movement I don't think that normal. Then I can only eat once a day my mind is telling me I'm hungry but my stomach is full or feels funny when I try to eat. If anyone know the feeling please let me know.

How long in a day dose it takes your food to digest. And is it normal to always spit. I hate spiting.

I haven't really eaten any carb but protein I do. But it makes me feel full all day then my stomach hurts and I can't eat anything else is that normal
