MzStockton replied to MzStockton's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Everyone thanks for the advice[emoji4] I haven't ate any frozen meals this week, I haven't ate bad either and I've been hitting the gym and I was able to get my scale back moving so that's a plus!!!! I purchased a pack of boneless skinless chicken breast and prepared them for easy access so I'm good for 2-3 meals -

????????????????MET MY FIRST GOAL????????????????
MzStockton posted a topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Well I finally got out of that ugly 2mt stall and I've accomplished my first goal with a 5️⃣0️⃣lb lost!!! YAYY!!!!! I'm so excited and so proud of myself. I've been hitting the gym up 4-5 days out the week working out for no less than an hour and I must say I feel better and I'm seeing results[emoji4] I've really started paying more atte attention to my intake and realized I was doing my very best in the last two months so I'm sure that contributed a lot to the length of my stall. But I'm glad I went through it now I can appreciate my achievements and know what I have to continue doing to reach my goal of 100lbs...I'm half way there yal and I'm 6mts post op[emoji4] -
