I am gained 3 and now MOnday the 28th, I am back down 3. Thanksgiving was hard and I was sooooooo excited about all the food. I guess I got carried away. When I woke up Friday and saw that I had put on 3 pounds I was off to walk it off. I dont feel any restricion either first fill 11/17 1.5cc. I am not sure when it supposed to kick in.

i had my first fill of 1.5cc on 11/17 and i dont feel any restrictions. I am going to call my dr and ask if is normal. I stop myself from eating and eat small portions. I dont know if my insurance will pay for another fill until a month.

Have anyone lost alot of stomach (belly) and now have a stomach without having surgery. I noticed my sides or caving in a little bit making me have a lil curve and my stomach is going down. I just wondering will this kangaroo pouch always be apart of my life.

I had my first fill 11/18 or 17th cant remember now but I have no restriction either and it makes me worried.

I had mines 10 weeks post op 11/18. 1.5cc I dont feel any restriction and still can eat anything. I just stop eating or I just make small portions.

Mine is on my left side under my large incision, about waistline.

it was almost 2 weeks before i got my appetite back.

Wow, I am glad to see I am not the only one. I had my period a week before surgery, the day I came home I spotted for like three days. It was very light though. I was banded 9/8. In October my cycle was about 10-12 days late and when it came it was 2-3 days as usual and not heavy, just the same. Now it is November and its is over a week late. I am on the pill so I am regulated. Before surgery it came like clock work every 28 days. Now I am just waiting patiently for it to come.

I dont know what to expect. I am drinking grape juice right now. Do I supposed to go on liquids for 2 days until I feel restricted. Is it going to hurt?

Do anyone use any products for this that works?

My doctor told me if my bandages came off the sterile strips in the shower to put new bandages over them, so that is what I did everyday for 2 weeks, during my check up he took them off.

I was approved in 9 days with a BMI of 40 with NO comorbidties.

i had my first fill last Thursday and was scared as well. they gave a shot to numb me. filled me up with an needle of 1.5cc it did not hurt. I was on liquids for 2 days 2 days mushies. At least I lost 5 pounds over the weekend.

i have lost 30 pounds and I started in a size 18 and can now wear a 16. I am losing my stomach, hips and thighs. All of my pants sag.

Wow, mine has been sore for about a week, I am over a week with my late cyle and I am not pregnant. the nipples are sore. I noticed since i have my surgery my cycle has been coming a week or almost 2 weeks late each month. I had my surgery in Sept 05.

I am a September 2005 bandster and I am so proud to say that I am down 30 fat pounds and I have went from a size 18 to a size 16 even though I have not bought any 16's hee hee only try them on at the stores. I had my first fill 1.5cc on 11/18. I am hoping and praying that I am 199.5 or less by christmas. That will be a great gift for myself. I started in a 18 now 2months later I can wear 16. I have not bought any though. I go window shopping and try the 16's on just for self satisfaction. I have a few 16's at home and I can wear them. Very motivational to buy a smaller size for very cheap and to be able to get in them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once I get to a 14 I will buy me a few pair of slacks for work but I am hoping to go from 18-10 so I dont want to spend alot on clothes. I actually need on a belt. LOL me, needing a belt my pants are sagging.

My doctor said the pill would not be effective, even though I noticed i Have had weird cycles for 2 months. For some reason they have been late for 2 months since I had my surgery.

I had my surgery on a Thursday 9/8 and I went back to work on that next Friday 9/17. I sit at a desk all day and I was ok the first day. Sitting down all day kind of made me a little soar so I had to keep getting up. That Monday 9/20 I was back to normal and able to sit down all day.

i love salad but can no longer eat salads. I have tried 3 times and couldn't. However, i can eat bread and I can eat a slice of pizza with no problems unlike alot of other bandsters.
